I find your reasoning part for learning English and simple life and then self-improving is a little too loose. I feel better if the learning English part is elaborated in an example, such as reading a novel, knowing new friends.
The ending is abrupt for me. It is likely you have to omit something because of time.

Spice: This is a good speech. Thank you for doing it. I like your metaphor about spice to a meal is like fun in life. This is an important idea for me if I want to make a speech to my audience. I think there is no need to say that you looked up the word in a dictionary because it will not make your speech better. It is possible you meet an unknown word in a Table Topics, and you have to do it without knowing the meaning. When this happens, I will 1. ask the audience, what will I do if I do not the answer and moving to talk about how ask questions helps in life. 2. Play around with the word. S = smile P = play I = input c = care e = enjoy Could you make a speech with these 5 words and return to spice?
