So far I have had great experiences in the LEAD project.

We have various activities, some in-person, some on-line. Each time the program team brought excellent sharing masters, interesting topics and very engaging environment. The debate session was one of my favorite sessions because it involved careful preparation, team work and impromptu speeches. I learned how leaders would behave under pressure.

For the sharing from Samuel and Ms. Yang. I think their ideas are to the point and encouraging. However, it is easy to say when people know you used to be a leader. The difficult parts for toastmasters leaders stays in the dark world where everyone can be the leaders, and the true leaders have to lead by examples with incredible perseverance, often without recognition. So people should be very grateful to the leaders in Toastmasters.

I am glad I come and join this program. I hope we keep the volunteer spirit going and help individuals become better communicators and leaders so that the world becomes more wonderful.

Thanks to the LEAD program team. Wish all your hard work and kindness pay off.
