Dear fellow toastmasters, dear leaders,
I see that you’ve already had a great afternoon. This is where the magic happens. We are Division N — not just one of the seven divisions in District 85, but the division that will set the standard this year!
Let’s talk numbers. 292. 91. 7. D.
These aren’t just digits—they’re our foundation. 292 members, 91 DCP points, 7 distinguished clubs make us a distinguished division. Thanks to our incredible past division team, who lifted us from the bottom to the top. Let’s give them the applause they deserve!
Now the question is: Where do we go starting here?
Our goal? 299. 94. 8. S.
299: Look around. If 7 of us bring just one friend to join Toastmasters, we hit that number.
94: Every Pathways project you finish isn’t just a checkbox—it’s a step toward making this 94 points as active learners.
8: With 16 clubs, just half earning Distinguished status means we become Select Distinguished together.
And we will get there—because of you and because of the leaders.
four unstoppable Area Directors: Emily, Lydia, Qinglin, Lisa—gentlemen, you’d better run faster, because women are leading!
support team—Phoebe, Zhenhuan, Helen, Joker—you’re the engine behind our momentum.
And to everyone here: When you attend club meetings, when you take meeting roles, and when you become club officers, you’re living our core values:
Honest communication. Perseverance. Teamwork. Awareness.
So let’s have fun. Let’s take risks. And let’s remember:
Division N doesn’t just nurture voices—we amplify them.
